Rate: 0-10 how strong the emotions are. 10 = high
Locate: Where in your body can you feel these emotions?
Repeat 3 x : Even though I feel ****** because of my friends/this situation, I love and accept how I feel.”

Tap through the points, pause and notice how you feel. Hss your number moved down the scale? 2/3 or higher? Continue tapping. 2/3 or lower? Move onto the last part of the video.
