Breathing for Relaxation and calm


This week I thought I’d step out of the talking and do what I seem to do best….Relax people! I’m not sure how I’ve got here or how this came about, but the more I do it the more I love it. I’m talking the last bit of the yoga class that all my students come for (really!!)

The relaxation bit, the breathing bit. Today I’m sharing a simple thing we do to start the class and get a little bit more centred and focussed, but you could do this at night time to relax you, or whenever you feel a bit ‘stressed’ or worried.
