Managing Your Emotions As A High Sensitive


This video explains how I manage my own emotions as a high sensitive – its one of the hardest things to ‘get’ but once you nail it, its like someone has given you your power back! Because when you’re a  high sensitive who can’t manage your emotions, you feel as though someone else has control over how you feel.
